I was doin some research on MW3 and I found some possible answers to possible questions. YES Sledgehammer is making a COD game NO it is not confirmed it will be MW3. Sources say it WILL be a spin off of the COD series they have also expressed interest in making a FUTURE based COD. Infinity Ward will come back for MW3 for sure. It is not confirmed that they will work with Sledgehammer but it IS a possibility. Also a MMORPG cod game with a similar style to WAW is rumored to appear sometime soon as well. Infinity Ward has expressed interest in making COD a every year thing similar to Madden. Most of this information is speculative at best but some of it sounds logical to me and I thought I would share with my bros and sis' here in DRG. Oh yeah and release date for MW3 is supposedly November 2011. Hope we dont get Duke Nukemed.

I read an article on IW's site stating that they were still in court with Activision. Last heard they were fighting over the MW title which had production deadlocked and Activision was filing counter suit's claiming that IW was "conspiring" with Activision's "Biggest Competitor".

I'm not sure what to believe anymore.

ya i read that 2 i thought that was resolved if not I bet it will be out of court for lotsa $$$. Activision was also filing suit saying they were perpously holding production back on MW3 as leverage
